Objectives

Supporting green entrepreneurship is essential for environmental conservation, economic growth and societal
well-being. It fosters innovation, creates jobs, mitigates climate change, enhances resource efficiency and aligns
with corporate responsibility. By empowering youth and encouraging sustainable practices, it contributes to a
resilient and eco-friendly future, addressing both environmental and economic challenges. According to the World
Economic Forum Green jobs are among the fastest-growing and the most resilient in the European economy.
F.eg according to it, solar power is set to become Europe’s main source of energy before the end of the decade.
This could lead to the creation of 4 million jobs across Europe by 2050. The main target of the youth exchange
are the youth with entrepreneurial and eco interests also known as, green entrepreneurs. Those are important for
economic development. Green entrepreneurs can make a significant contribution to eliminating unemployment,
poverty and environmental problems. They have a greater role in environmentally friendly practices and
environmental tasks than other entrepreneurs. They can provide environmentally friendly products and services
or clean technology assistance. They contribute to the green economy. According to a recent survey, 73% of Gen
Zers are willing to pay more for sustainable products, are deeply concerned about the environment and expect
companies to prioritize sustainability in their business practices. The interest of the young people that the
applicant organization and its partners work with, who took the initiative to plan this kind of youth exchange,
further supports this.
The green idea is incorporated into this youth exchange program, named “Let’s get down to Eco-business“, in
keeping with the global trend toward sustainable business models. The program equips participants with critical
thinking and innovative entrepreneurial skills, which are essential for addressing environmental issues.
Empowering young green entrepreneurs can lead to the creation of environmentally sustainable jobs and
promote economic growth, as per studies on the economic impact of green initiatives. It provides youth with the
means to start their own environmentally conscious companies and improve the economy and environment.
Ultimately, this program plays a critical role in preparing the next generation for a resilient and sustainable future
during uncertain economic times and challenging environmental conditions.
The primary objective of the project is to unite young individuals passionate about green entrepreneurship,
innovation and community betterment. Our focus is on empowering these youth to put their innovative ideas into
viable business proposals. Through workshops and various activities, participants will enhance their digital
competence, acquiring more effective production, marketing, and sales skills. YE strives to create a space for
sharing knowledge, experiences, and ideas related to green entrepreneurship among individuals with diverse
backgrounds but a shared ambition for business success. Through informal and non-formal teaching methods,
the project promotes a mindset of continuous learning. By providing resources, we aim to equip young
entrepreneurs to contribute to economic development and elevate employment standards in their countries.
Participants will be encouraged to view business not only as a means to generate profit but also as a tool for
enhancing society, the environment, and the economy. Collaboratively, participants will craft their own vision and
mission statements, outlining how their business concepts can benefit various social groups.
Our objectives extend beyond conventional skills, emphasizing the development of soft communication skills,
“outside-the-box thinking,” practical application of customer behavior theories, and the incorporation of social
values in business. Recognizing that global entrepreneurship involves interacting with diverse cultures,
participants will gain practical experience in leadership, teamwork, and cooperation in a multicultural environment.

The youth exchange involves 6 groups from 6 countries: Poland, Hungary, Spain, Georgia, Italy and Croatia.
They are aged 18-30. Former volunteer of FRSP, Sies De Maeyer came up with the idea of this youth exchange.
He brought up the idea to FRSP, and after talking about it with other volunteers at one of the organization’s team
meetings, we discovered how rich and fascinating this topic is – every country has a unique perspective on the
green environment. Thus, we chose to involve both developed and developing nations in the transition to a
greener economy, giving young people the opportunity to develop fresh concepts for green businesses. We
created an initiative group of young people who were genuinely interested in the subject by using our
partnerships. The foundation of this project was created by those young people on their own. We were careful to
select the most qualified participants for the project.
We ensure gender balance throughout the selection process. Our approach was free from any bias related to
political, social, or sexual preferences, and we actively welcomed those with fewer opportunities. The selected
participants are highly engaged individuals who regularly participate in youth projects and exchanges. After the
selection, coordinators and leaders facilitated introductions among the chosen participants, promoting
collaboration throughout the project. Despite their individual differences, each participant shares a passion for
themes related to green entrepreneurship and is eager to contribute to the initiative. Prior to departing for their
home countries, group leaders and participants will engage in project-related work, utilizing informal methods to
enhance their preparation and collaboration. This approach emphasizes inclusivity, diversity, and a shared
commitment to the goals of the initiative.
Daily activities include:
1.Energizers, team-building exercises, and icebreaker games are just a few of the activities planned to help
attendees get to know one another better.
2.Daily evaluations: In order to track the participants’ progress, we will conduct evaluation exercises each day.
The exploration table, 3-2-1 method, top five lists, enthusiasm, and learning chart are the evaluation exercises.
The application’s Evaluation section contains a detailed description of each exercise.
3. Overview of Youth Opportunities: Participants will gain knowledge of the international mobility options provided
by the Erasmus + and European Solidarity Corps programs. They will become familiar with and receive
instruction on using the YouthPass and Europass CV tools. They will also get acquainted with the eight
fundamental YouthPass competencies.
4. Daily cultural evenings provided by the participating countries.
5. Main Terms and Concepts of Green Entrepreneurship (SME, IDE, Social Enterprises) is designed to provide
participants with a foundational understanding of key terminology and concepts related to the intersection of
environmental sustainability and entrepreneurship.
6. Through IT workshops and activities, participants will learn how to create engaging content and use digital
marketing tools. Using the tools they have learned, they will design a landing page for their MVPs and develop an
action plan and strategy for digital marketing. Additionally, they will offer engaging content for social media every
day.
7. We will go over the main formats, mistakes that can be made and CV and motivation letter topics during the
Youth Exchange. Participants will also receive qualified guidance on how to write a strong CV and cover letter.
Following the theoretical portion, the business groups will be tasked with producing the motivation letters and
Europass CV.
8. Participants in people skills workshops will learn the primary distinction between management and leadership.
They will pick up more efficient techniques for building emotional intelligence and leading teams. They will also
study the foundations of workplace discrimination, with a focus on hiring stereotypes.
9. Participants will gain experience providing feedback, including how to do so in a constructive and positive
manner and what factors are important to consider and avoid.
10. Participants will get familiar with SWOT Analysis, the ways to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities
and Threats related to business. They will discuss the main risks and come up with the plan to overcome them.
11. Business case studies: The participants will work in groups to analyze, present, and highlight the outcome

Impact
Early access to the right information significantly influences the likelihood of young individuals launching their
eco-friendly ventures. Despite the challenges posed by crises like war and the Covid-19 pandemic, it is
imperative that our young green entrepreneurs are well-prepared to navigate obstacles and establish successful
enterprises. In the face of complex global, environmental, and social challenges, including a shortage of job
opportunities—escalating youth unemployment – a focus on green entrepreneurship becomes even more crucial.
Successful green entrepreneurs not only elevate living standards and generate income but also address
environmental concerns, create employment opportunities, open new markets for sustainable products, and drive
positive change. Governments play a pivotal role by investing in the development of green economic sectors and
supporting social programs, laying the foundation for a sustainable and resilient future.
In the context of the green entrepreneurship project, the outcomes of the Youth Exchange will empower
participants to navigate the future with resilience and effectively face challenges by cultivating an entrepreneurial
mindset. Success, both personally and professionally, depends on a wide range of abilities, including
problem-solving, teamwork, the embrace of failure and criticism, and empathy. Our aim is to foster collaborative,
creative, and innovative thinking among young participants through non-formal education. Furthermore, the
project will instill knowledge on creating a tolerant and peaceful society, fostering an environment where
individuals from diverse backgrounds can freely express themselves. Participants will collaboratively envision the
type of entrepreneur they aspire to become, defining the values and skills necessary for an entrepreneurial
mindset. This collective vision will contribute to not only their individual growth but also the creation of a
harmonious and inclusive society. As part of the Youth Exchange, participants will acquire valuable skills, such as
delivering impactful public speeches, effectively promoting and selling ideas and products. Workshops will
provide opportunities to enhance management, communication, and digital skills, crucial elements for success in
the entrepreneurial landscape. Given that English serves as the working language for the project, participants will
improve their communication proficiency in English and gain insights into each other’s languages, cultures, and
traditions.
The Youth Exchange will give the participants the chance to share EU values, concentrate on their leadership,
teamwork, active listening, and public speaking skills, promote European citizenship, YouthPass and Europass
CV. Furthermore, the projects’ values support the creativity and active citizenship of young people at a European
level, under the guidance of the Erasmus plus program. Most importantly, participants will learn how to create
eco-friendly and sustainable business concepts as we examine the green entrepreneurial attitude, in line with the
global movement towards environmental responsibility. By spreading these ideas and putting green business
principles into practice, they will contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future.
During the youth exchange, participants will engage in social media activities that will allow them to share their
experiences and contributions with a wider audience. Along with this, they will collaborate to create a green
start-up model and a final coverage video that will showcase the project’s achievements and explain how they
developed their green business. Social media will be used to share the outcomes.
Following the project, the participants will organize special events to inform their sending organizations and local
communities about the project’s outcomes. In their capacity as ambassadors, they will strongly advance
European values and Erasmus Plus programs back home. By sharing their newly gained knowledge and
experiences, they might inspire others in their community to pursue entrepreneurship. This could lead to the
creation of jobs, a rise in income, and an improvement in quality of life, all of which would make communities
more desirable places to live.
