About the project

NGOrganize – Herramientas por Organizaciones Juveniles is an Erasmus+ training project for youth workers addressing International relations and development cooperation, Development of training courses and Quality and innovation of youth work. It was developed to thus, the project aims to provide youth workers with practical skills and tools to lead effectively a non-profit organisation. The project uses non-formal education and international cooperation to turn these themes into practical learning, organisational development and community-level action.

Objectives

* Therefore, it created a demand for professional youth workers and related studies at universities to increase the quality of the youth work implemented in EU and its neighbouring countries.
* The main pillar of the project is to increase the quality in youth work by developing strategies for the youth organisations involved.
* To create awareness on the organizational management issues for increasing the quality of Youth Work implement in EU and neighbouring countries.
* To increase the knowledge of youth workers in strategical development of NGOs and increase the quality and variety of youth services provided for young people in EU.
* To increase the financial sustainability of NGOSs throughout providing information about the funding opportunities in and outside of Erasmus+ program.

Activities

* International non-formal learning activities involving participants and partner organisations.
* Practical workshops, collaborative work and reflection connected to the project themes.
* Follow-up and dissemination activities within the participating communities.

Impact

Our project will contribute to the quality of youth work in the aspect of strategical development. As the project is focused on increasing the capacity of the youth organisations as well as the youth workers working in the field of youth specifically focused on the young people with fewer opportunities. Due to this reason, we expect to contribute to the quality of the youth work. by qualifying youth workers to reach out to the young people who are not easy to reach out and providing activities to volunteer and implement new projects will increase their capacities. On the other hand, we internalise the aspect that the young people with fewer opportunities should have a voice and should be work with rather than should be worked for.
