About the project

Theatre Without Borders is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange addressing Bridging intercultural, intergenerational and social divide, Promotion of alternative forms of participation and Creativity, arts and culture. It was developed to the objectives of the project are clear and grounded in youth work practice: – Promote inclusion and equal opportunities: by engaging young people with fewer opportunities whether due to economic hardship, geographic isolation,. The project uses non-formal education and international cooperation to turn these themes into practical learning, organisational development and community-level action.

Objectives

* To strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical competences in the project’s thematic field.
* To promote international cooperation, peer learning and the exchange of practices.
* To support participants in applying the learning within their organisations and local communities.

Activities

* International non-formal learning activities involving participants and partner organisations.
* Practical workshops, collaborative work and reflection connected to the project themes.
* Follow-up and dissemination activities within the participating communities.

Impact

The expected results of this youth exchange go far beyond the final theatre performance in Naples. At the core, the project aims to generate tangible learning outcomes for the participants, growth for the partner organisations, and a positive ripple effect in the wider communities involved. The project was funded by the European Union.
